Having a life in this era of technology with so many distractions and not normal distractions but a very powerful distraction we can say it an addiction.
Mobile phone when they were invented they helped us talk and then to listen to music and capturing moments then. and now they have become a poison.
When you do something over the limit it becomes harmful to you. like if you Do exercise that is great but what happens if you overdo it. We all know the consequences. that is bad for our health. likwise the technology today has so much to offer us but the proper use is missing.
The apps are designed to keep us busy and get addicted to it so the companys can earn more. There is nothing wrong in showinh adds but here we are at a serious loss
While as a human we are designed to get our dopamines by various activities, like having connection, Doing the chores, caring for someone / our family, friends but due to the addiction of this social media apps especially snapchat, Instagram, reels mostly we get the dopamine we need without the activites we are ment to get that dopamine from And then due to incomplete responsibilities, few to no real connection to anyone, somewhere in our heart we feel guilt and then the cycle of unfulfilled Sad life Starts.
And this is how we Focus on what we do not have instead of energissing on what we actually have and we really- really forget how blessed we actually are
This Dangers apps should be used very carefully. By having a time limit in your mind and a timer aside so you dont waste you time in this black hole and do real stuffs which will makes us truly happy.
How would That be if you Cared more for your family or your loved ones. How would it be if you get him/her/them a fancy gift. or a surprice.
The time not wasted on social media can be used in various ways. You see bordome is inevitable that is the human nature and that really has a benefit in it.
When you will not open the phone. When you will stop having your dopamine through reels and youtube shorts or tiktok. you will see you will find the borinh things compelling. Like doing the Chores. Yes. any boring stuff. because you are a human. You are made this wasy. You can not sit idle
according to a study. People chose to get electric shocks rather then to embrace boredome .
Boredome is a power. Dont let the social media make misuse of it. Quit Social media/ reels dopamine and have your real happiness in realtime and have a life lasting happiness and Fulfilment.
