How Can You Have Your Powers Back.



 




When we acknowledge the side effects of Social media and getting our dopamine through it. The very first thing which comes in mind is to how to solve this problem 

By the way we need this devices afterall they are really useful to us. You get maps, calls , camera , notes many other things. many of us uses whatsapp and media for buisness too. So living without this is inevitable. 

To avoid this black hole of distractions in our life and quiting the dopamine supply from it. it is better to use it very carefully. 

its like when you open instagram you dont click on reels tab. And obviously you dont click onto the search tab too.  

Whenever you open it you open it keeping in mind that as soon as I reply all the messages and view all the stories and react on them. like whishing on birthdays and all. I will close this app and yes This app I will open only once a day. So here you have a limit of use on it and you are away from mindlessly scrolling reels. And getting stuck there. 

So once in a day you open up your social media apps for only an hour and if you are done watching and updating your side you are out of  it. 

And you turn off your notifications. that is obvious. 

There is one more way to get yourself out of this apps is - like  only keep apps on screen which makes the mobile more of what it is meant to be. Like keeping the phone app and messaging app and camera, settings. thats it. 

if there ever comes a necessity of opening other app you go to the app library search that aap use it and close it back to normal. 

if you monitor your internet conectivity that will be great too. like. you search something on safari. you turn on the internet and after you are done with it. you turn that off.
